I went ahead and doubled my doubled recipe of spaghetti sauce because, let's face it: it's the same amount of mess now for two extra dinners later.
Found a Mountain Dew in the fridge and feeling much more zippy.
Executive decision: It is much, much too hot in this house to crank on the oven to pre-bake pizza crusts. I've read that dough freezes well, so here's hoping.
This blog documents my side gig of learning to be a great wife, a passable cook and a thrifty decorator... all while holding down a full-time job I love. There are never enough hours for my crazy ideas but I'm practicing the balance as a part-time homemaker.
